What does Dalmorin sell?

How do I check compatibility?
Review dimensions, materials, included pieces and intended use. Compare these details with your grill or smoker specifications before ordering.
Does heat-resistant mean heatproof?
No. Heat resistance has limits based on temperature, exposure time and construction. Never assume that gloves, mats or handles can contact unlimited heat or direct flame.
Can I cover a warm grill?
No. Turn the grill off and allow it to cool completely according to its manufacturer’s instructions before installing a cover.
How should a grill brush be inspected?
Check the brush before every use. Stop using it if bristles, wires, the scraper or handle are loose, damaged or excessively worn. Inspect the cooking surface after cleaning.
Are colors exactly as shown?
Lighting and screen settings may create minor variations. Small appearance differences that do not affect function are not necessarily defects.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us immediately. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or carrier processing begins.
Why are items arriving separately?
Products may ship separately because of size, weight, stock location or packing requirements.
How do I track an order?
Tracking is normally provided through an order notification. The first carrier scan may take time to appear.
Tracking says delivered, but it is missing.
Check the address, household members, porches, mailrooms, lockers and carrier notices. Contact the carrier and then notify us if it remains missing.
What if the item is damaged or incorrect?
Send the order number and photographs of the packaging, shipping label, product and included contents. Keep the packaging during review.
Can used grill tools be returned?
Used, food-contact or heat-exposed goods may have hygiene and safety restrictions unless defective. Review the Return & Refund Policy.
Where should I send a return?
Do not mail a return without written authorization. The registered company address is not an automatic return warehouse.
How are refunds issued?
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The bank controls the time needed for the credit to appear.
